Is this dash cam 4G or LTE?
No. This dash cam does NOT use 4G, LTE, or a cellular SIM card.
It uses Wi-Fi only to connect directly to your smartphone when you are nearby.

What is the GPS used for?
The built-in GPS records:
• Vehicle speed
• Location
Route history
GPS does not provide internet access and does not allow live remote viewing.
Can I view the camera remotely from anywhere?
No. This dash cam does not support remote live viewing.
You can access videos only when connected to the camera via Wi-Fi using the mobile app.
Does this dash cam require a subscription?
No subscriptions.
No monthly fees.
No hidden costs.
Everything works out of the box.
Does it record when the car is parked?
Yes, parking mode is supported when properly powered.
⚠️ Parking mode may require:
• A hardwire kit (included)
•Or a compatible power source
Without constant power, parking mode will not stay active.
Does it record audio inside the car?
Yes, audio recording is available and can be turned ON or OFF in the app at any time.
How much recording time do I get?
Recording time depends on:
• Video resolution
• Number of cameras (front / rear)
• Memory card size
Larger memory cards = more hours of footage before looping.
What size microSD card is supported / included?
The A11 supports up to 256GB microSD and (for your package) 256GB is included, so it’s ready to use out of the box.
Does it overwrite old footage (loop recording)?
Yes. Loop recording is automatic—when storage is full, the camera overwrites the oldest unlocked videos. Important event clips can be protected by the G-sensor/emergency lock.
What’s included in the box?
The CardiVox A11 includes the front dash cam, rear camera, mounting accessories, car power cable, user manual, and required installation accessories for Parking Mode (hardwire setup). Contents may vary by bundle.
What app does it use? Is it compatible with iPhone/Android?
The A11 works with a mobile app on iOS and Android for live view (near the vehicle), settings, and downloading videos. App name and QR download links are provided in the user manual.
Can I view or download videos without Wi-Fi?
Yes. You can review footage directly from the camera screen (basic playback) or remove the microSD card and read it on a computer using a card reader.
What should I do if the camera isn’t recording or the SD card shows an error?
First, format the microSD card inside the dash cam. Use a high-quality Class 10/U3 card, keep firmware updated, and avoid using damaged/slow cards. If the issue continues, contact CardiVox Support for troubleshooting.
