At CardiVox, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and fair return experience. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
📅 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period has passed.
💡 Price Adjustments
For orders without discount codes, we offer refunds for price differences if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Scenarios
Due to the nature of international logistics and fluctuating conditions:
- Returns for reasons other than product quality issues will not be accepted.
- Please double-check product compatibility and specifications before placing your order.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cardivox.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🔁 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
All returns must be authorized before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
💲 Restocking Fee & Shipping
- Returns not due to CardiVox error will incur a $35 restocking fee
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
- Returns received after 15 days of delivery may also be subject to a $35 fee
✅ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@cardivox.com.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you contact us within that window, we can cancel and fully refund your order.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
📦 Shipping Tips for Returns (for international customers)
To ensure a smooth return process:
- Ship via DHL for better tracking and customs handling
- Use product description: “video interface”
- Declare invoice value as USD $20 per unit
- Remove any third-party or brand logos from packaging
If your return is the result of an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
