Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Additional time may be required if:

  • Your order is flagged for address verification or payment review
  • Identification is required for billing confirmation

🚚 Shipping Options & Fees

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
    Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS/DHL/FedEx): $40 flat fee
    Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be visible during checkout.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You may track your package using USPS.COM.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update online.

📬 Delivery Notices

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • Couriers may leave packages in secure locations without requiring signatures. Please consider this if your delivery area is not secure.
  • If your package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

🌐 Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges:

  • Are determined by your country’s customs office
  • Must be paid by the recipient
  • Are not included in your purchase total or shipping fees

We may declare a reduced package value to help minimize these fees, but payment of applicable duties is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility.
